Our Commitment to Copyright
All original content on ReviewInstructor, including articles, reviews, and graphics, is created by or for our editorial team. Product images are used under licence or fair-use principles for the purpose of commentary and review. If you believe that any content on our site infringes your copyright, we encourage you to notify us so we can investigate promptly.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated contact at contract.usmanharuny@gmail.com. To be valid, your notice should include all of the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material on our site, including the specific page URL(s) where it appears, so we can locate it.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that submitting a false or misleading notice may expose you to liability, so we recommend seeking legal advice if you are unsure whether the use in question is infringing.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the complaint, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate, and notify the party responsible for the content where possible. We may also terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Counter-Notices
If you believe that material removed from our site following a takedown notice was removed in error, or that you have the right to use it, you may submit a counter-notice to contract.usmanharuny@gmail.com. Your counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former location, include your contact details, contain a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts, and bear your physical or electronic signature. We may restore the material in line with applicable law after receiving a valid counter-notice.
